Return & Refund Policy

At Stack & Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear/Lingerie and Bodysuits.

  • Jewelry and Hair Accessories.

  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" event.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color of the same item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging.
