Return & Refund Policy
At Stack & Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Innerwear/Lingerie and Bodysuits.

Jewelry and Hair Accessories.

Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" event.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color of the same item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging.
