1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a festive sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, or remote locations.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes in India.

Optional: A small convenience fee of ₹[Amount] may apply to COD orders to cover additional courier handling.
5. Damaged Items
Stack & Shop is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at contactstackandshop10@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with photos of the damage.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We hope to expand to international shipping soon!
